Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

Participate in training programs to gain knowledge of insurance and financial products, sales techniques, and industry regulations. Shadow experienced agents to learn best practices in client interactions and sales processes.

Client Engagement:

Assist in identifying potential clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. Conduct initial client meetings to understand their insurance and financial needs and goals.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with senior agents to prepare and present customized insurance and financial solutions to clients. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and policy documentation.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to maintain relationships and identify additional needs.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions and transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to better serve clients and enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in insurance and financial services.
