Communicate effectively to explain various insurance products and services. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. Analyze client data to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate coverage options. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance sales. Assist in benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Qualifications Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in analyzing data and making informed recommendations based on client needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
