As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand client base. Market insurance products through various channels, including outside sales efforts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Experience Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a must. Proven track record of sales Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is a must Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
