Street, Bentonville, AR 72712 Job Overview We are a Farmers Insurance Prime agency looking to add our next Top Sales Representative. You will be a key player at our Farmer’s Insurance office which is proud to be the best in the business! We are looking for a sales representative to recruit new clients and educate them about their insurance program.
Salary Range:
$45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Requirements •

•A current Property & Casualty license is preferred but will work with motivated individuals to obtain. Must pass multiple background checks. Career minded vision. Highly driven to perform. Responsibilities Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, generating referrals, and cross selling current clients. Maintain accurate sales activity, prospecting, and client records. Accurately prepare quotes and make appropriate coverage recommendations to existing and new clients. Follow our proven sales and service process. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Accurately onboard new clients and their insurance policies. Accurately and professionally service current client accounts. Professionally represent agency to clients, prospects, and our community.
