What You’ll Be Doing Contacting and connecting with prospects and customers, mostly over the phone. Educating clients on insurance products that fit their needs. Building lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up. Collaborating with a supportive team that celebrates wins together. Growing your skills and advancing your career in a positive environment. What We’re Looking For Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently. Coachable, growth-oriented, and resourceful. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license (or willingness to obtain prior to starting). Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
