Health Insurance Sales BPJ Insurance Agency 1975 East Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dedicated sales representatives and licensed insurance agents to join our growing team in our Fort Lauderdale office, overlooking Middle River. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As an insurance sales representative, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through effective insurance coverage.

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED- WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

This is a full time, in-office position. Hours are 11-7 Monday – Friday. Duties Develop relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to effectively advise clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery. Skills Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. Sales experience is desirable, but not required- we will teach you!
