Licensed Insurance Agents (or Those Looking to Get Licensed) Are you a licensed insurance agent or someone considering a career in insurance? We’re currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to help handle a steady flow of warm leads that come into our system daily. No license yet? That’s okay — we’re happy to provide training and guidance to help the right candidates get started and licensed. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which means your earning potential is uncapped. Our top producers are making high six to seven figures annually, but your income is entirely based on your effort and consistency. With over 8 years in the insurance industry, I’ve seen just how much your environment can impact your success. What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily responsibilities will include actively prospecting potential clients and guiding them through the sales process to become long-term policyholders. You’ll have everything you need to succeed: A fully equipped workstation, including a desktop computer Access to daily training sessions and call recordings for continuous improvement.
