Compensation & Bonuses:
Base Pay Option:
$520/week + 20% of premium

Your Role:
Follow a proven sales script to ensure compliance and maximize conversion Commit to full-time, in-office hours (10 AM•8 PM) Close 10-25 deals weekly using pre-qualified leads Demonstrate consistent effort, coachability, and a growth mindset
