Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 9:00
PM Additional Hours:

Key Responsibilities Sell multi-plan health insurance products to a warm, inbound lead base . Handle live inbound transfers and exclusive data leads. Consistently achieve or exceed weekly sales targets. Maintain a professional, focused, and high-performance approach at all times. Requirements Comfortable working with scripts and computer systems in a fast-paced environment. Strong punctuality, dependability, and a results-driven mindset. High level of motivation for performance-based rewards. Availability to work weekends during Open Enrollment periods. Compensation & Benefits 100%
Commission-Based Pay Structure:
35% commission on ACA and core health plans. 55% commission on accidental death and continue-care products.
Performance Bonuses:
After achieving 10+ ACA plans per week: ACA commission increases to 45%. Accidental death and continue-care commission increases to 65%.
