Responsibilities:

Complete our comprehensive training program to gain in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques. Identify and develop prospective clients through various lead generation methods (provided leads, networking, referrals). Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs. Present and explain suitable life insurance policy options. Guide clients through the application process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information. Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe – we can assist with this!).
