Insurance Agent- Base pay + Commission Careteam Insurance and Financial Services 5367 North Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, FL 33351 Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate insurance products to meet the needs of our clients. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses understand their insurance options, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their specific requirements. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide accurate information to clients. Communicate with our Customer service team to Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction. Requirements Must have Health line of insurance license, Life line of insurance license preferred. Proven experience in sales administration or insurance sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients Spanish and Creole preferred. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Knowledge of benefits administration is beneficial but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. $41,600.00 – $125,000.00 per year
