We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and close sales of various insurance products
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base
• Promote and sell insurance policies to meet sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus for serving Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in sales administration tasks and CRM software
• Prior experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous
