Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Conduct thorough needs assessments to analyze clients’ insurance requirements. Present and explain various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and schedule appointments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
