What You’ll Do Drive toward daily and weekly sales goals using our structured sales process and high-quality leads. Receive 1:1 coaching and live call feedback to continuously sharpen your skills. Participate in team huddles and ongoing development to stay sharp and motivated. Embrace a culture of urgency, ownership, and learning—we move fast and celebrate progress. Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations, licensing standards, and continuing education.

You’re goal-oriented and love being coached toward mastery. You take feedback seriously—and apply it fast. You bring a positive attitude, even when things get tough. You’re looking for a real career—not just another sales job. Must Haves Active 2-15 or 2-40 license (required) Strong telesales or high-volume call experience preferred.
