In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding their Medicare options and guiding them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others navigate their healthcare choices. Responsibilities Educate clients about Medicare plans, coverage options, and benefits administration. Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate Medicare solutions. Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote Medicare products. Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Provide ongoing support to clients post-enrollment to address any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales; Telemarketing sales experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for better client engagement. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Knowledge of benefits administration related to Medicare is preferred but not required. A valid 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license is required.
