Role Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Write new business across various personal lines products including homeowners, auto, flood, and high-value policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, and real estate professionals Participate in company-sponsored marketing and networking initiatives Stay current on underwriting guidelines and carrier product offerings

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Licensed with a 2-44 or 2-20 license (or willing to get licensed•we can help!) Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills Self-driven, organized, and motivated to achieve performance goals Previous experience in insurance, sales, real estate, or finance is a plus•not required Ready to take control of your income and your future?
