We’re growing—and looking for a Personal Lines Sales Team Member to join our Deerfield Beach location.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to advisor for clients seeking personal lines insurance solutions for their risk exposures and assets. Understand client needs and match them with the right coverage options. Quote and close new policies, new lines of business and retain existing policies through remarketing. Look for opportunities to cross sale and create loyal clients by identifying gaps in coverage and offering other lines to cover their insurance needs. Establish client rapport, build relationships. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Use clear communication and follow-up practices. Use circles of influence for lead sources to generate new business opportunities – such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc. Communicate and collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable outcomes. Have a growing and adaptable understanding of changing underwriting requirements. Keep meticulous records using our agency management system Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred A valid 4-40, 2-20 or 20-44 Florida insurance license Solid command of Microsoft, Agency Management Systems (AMS/CRM), Quote Raters and possess tech-savviness A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Have a drive for sales and vast knowledge of products and industry. Top-tier communication and customer service skills
