Negotiation Full Job Description Please Read Completely, Responsibilities:

Must be able to sell Auto, Home (Mostly Citizens), Flood and Commercial policies.

• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and customer service
• Conduct sales administration tasks such as processing applications, endorsements, and claims
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on insurance coverage options
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Must Have a 4-40 0r 2-20
