Do you hold a valid Health and Life Insurance License and thrive in a virtual environment? If so, an exciting opportunity awaits you! As a Virtual Benefits Advisor, you’ll leverage your expertise from the comfort of your home office, guiding individuals not yet enrolled in our client’s system towards the right insurance solutions. Your role will be pivotal in selling and enrolling customers in essential plans, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental coverage, as well as providing valuable advice to Pre-Medicare eligible individuals. We’re seeking licensed professionals who currently hold or are willing to obtain licenses in the following states: California
Florida
Illinois
North Carolina
Pennsylvania
Texas
Virginia
plus your resident state salary: $25

• $25.5 per hour
  shift: First
  work hours: 6:55 AM
• 9 PM
  education: High School Responsibilities Must have a valid Heath and Life License
  Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollments.

Ability to identify Medicare prospect’s needs using a needs-based selling approach, accurately answering questions, addressing any concerns, and recommending the appropriate plan
Generate outbound phone calls to pre-set appointments, generate direct-to-consumers, case work, and follow-up service calls.
Actively listen to identify customer questions and needs, utilize probing questions when necessary Handle inbound service calls by providing accurate and complete information via researching/selling/locating a licensed agent The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
