In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while providing exceptional service and guidance in selecting insurance products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for outside sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively negotiate and close sales. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or retail sales industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous but not required.
