COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR IN TRAINING ROLE DUTIES
Keep a positive line of communication between our clients and customers Attend client/office meetings to ensure our client’s needs are being met Report to the Agency Director about the progress of target goals Identify market trends from competitors in the target market Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement
SUPERVISOR IN TRAINING ROLE INVOLVES
Sales and business development Expanding brand awareness for our clients Customer service and building lasting relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to build rapport with clients Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check for state licensing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Current Driver’s License
