Responsibilities Possess an active Life & Health Insurance License. Provide an exceptional customer experience through informed, positive, and professional interactions. Present and explain product solutions, including features and benefits, while offering alternative options when relevant. Generate sales from inbound calls and proactive outreach. Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products as needed. Support customers in selecting the right healthcare solutions by addressing and overcoming purchase barriers. Drive growth by achieving sales goals and surpassing company metrics for revenue, retention, and service. Requirements Active Life, Accident, and Health License and located in Jacksonville, FL. Two or more years of Medicare call center experience. Broadband internet with 25mbps download and 5mbps upload, with a direct-wired connection. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. Ability to work independently, follow compliance scripts, and maintain records. Flexible, open to feedback, and motivated to succeed. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to read, write, and speak without assistance. Available for flexible work schedules.
