As a Brightway Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering Auto and Home insurance.   • Sell Auto and Home insurance using consultative sales techniques.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods.

    Qualifications
  • Must currently hold a valid Florida 20-44 license.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing roles. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, bilingual preferred.
  • Persuasive negotiation abilities to effectively close sales and meet targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
