As an entry level life & health insurance sales agent with the Allara Group, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to: Set appointments with prospective clients Designing insurance plans and adjusting coverage based on the demands, risk profile, and needs of the business or individuals. Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals. How the Allara Group compensates your work: • Top commission-only pay and performance-based incentives. This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $53,000 – $92,000 New agents can achieve production-based incentives trips as well as additional income with contests and bonuses Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Allara Group for one plus years earn upwards of $125,000+ in commissions and bonuses How the Allara Group Supports your career: Set your own schedule to work in the field Our training is conducted via zoom, phone an in person by successful field leaders.
