Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Engage in retail sales activities, promoting various insurance products in the community. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is an advantage.
