Overview:

You’ll assist clients in choosing insurance coverage tailored to their individual needs, including auto, home, health, and life policies. This role offers a guaranteed hourly wage plus commission for policies sold.
Responsibilities:
Engage clients and analyze their insurance requirements. Recommend and explain suitable insurance solutions. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle policy inquiries and provide claims assistance. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Insurance license (FL 2-20 General Lines or
FL 4-40 CSR
) preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Licensing Information:
2-20
General Lines License:
Allows you to sell all insurance types independently. 4-40
CSR License:
