ResponsibilitiesAnswering inbound phone helping individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, servicesMaking outbound calls to follow up with customersDemonstrating compassion when assisting individualsBuilding customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trustAssist with workflow of applications for Medicare consideration answering questions as it relates to policiesWork experience in a sales position, where sales skills were demonstratedSelf-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitudeQualificationsActive Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state you resideHealthcare experience
• Medicare, Affordable Care Act, Individual2-year Sales experience minimum with inbound sales focus (outbound preferred)Proven oral & written communication skillsAbility to complete mandatory instructor lead training program-4 weeks of training and 1 week of nesting
