Tallo's Job Summary: As a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will assist prospective members in obtaining health insurance and educate them on available plans. Responsibilities include answering inbound and making outbound calls, providing guidance on member eligibility, giving quotes, and enrolling qualified members. This contract position lasts until at least the end of the year. The role requires an active Health Insurance License, inbound/outbound call center experience, and excellent communication skills. Shifts are Monday to Friday with open availability between 8am-8pm and at least one weekend day during AEP.

Remote Medicare Insurance Agent

- Answering inbound calls from prospective insurance plan members
- Performing outbound calls to callers requesting further information
- Providing guidance and answering inquiries regarding member eligibility
- Providing quotes and enrolling qualified members
Shift:
Monday- Friday ( must have open availability between 8am- 8pm for a set 8 hour shift and able to work atleast one weekend day during AEP )
Core Experience:
- Active Health Insurance License
- Inbound/Outbound call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
