Insurance Sales Agent YHVH Group I Talent Recruitment Agency Ponce de Leon, FL 32455 Overview Offices Located in Coral Gables. Monday•Friday; 8:30 am•5:30 pm (not remote eligible). Role offers a base salary plus commission and bonus’ State Farm Offices are seeking a motivated and dynamic bilingual (English and Spanish) Insurance Sales Agent to join the team. The ideal candidate will hold a Life Insurance License (2-14 or 2-15) along with either a CSR License (4-40) or a General Lines Insurance Agent License (2-20). This position requires excellent communication skills (English and Spanish), a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and guiding them through the insurance process. Duties Help clients understand their insurance options and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. Build and write policies based on clients needs Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to effectively serve clients. Experience Must be bilingual•English and Spanish Previous Insurance Experience in Home and Auto a plus! Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent verbal and written skills within a professional environment
