Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective inmaintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised ofloyal, long-term clients
- Continue your education on evolving insurance industryprotocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitorinsurance claims to customers’ satisfaction
- Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate theirneeds and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan optionsfor their unique circumstances and insurance needs
- Create tailored risk management strategies directly withclients that align with their risk profiles
- Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customerrecords are maintained to report progress toward monthlyinitiatives to stakeholders

Conduct thorough consultations withclients to understand their insurance needs and providepersonalized recommendations

Ensure accurate and timely documentation ofclient interactions, policy details, and other relevantinformation
Qualifications:
- Proven understanding of the insurance industry includinginsurance products, risk management and any state and federalregulations
- Candidates must have an insurance license
- Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office isrequired
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customerservice skills, and analytical skills are required
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- A Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is required
- Experience with independent Florida carriers preferred
