Requirements & Responsibilities Include:
1-2 years of sales experience is preferred The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including prospecting Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales. Call prospective customers

Requirements Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Strong communication and negotiation skills. P&C License and Life License is preferred or be willing to obtain. (Agency will assist with training for license and product knowledge)
