This agency has been created by an individual with about eight years of experience in the insurance world. Throughout the years, she’s worked for captive insurance companies, independent FMO’s and IMO’s, and alongside a mentor/business partner (with 43 years of insurance experience) building an agency. Throughout her experience of working with different organizations she made a few conclusions: Not one company does it all and does it well. Everyone’s in it for themselves, at least a little; It doesn’t appear this way on the surface, but much is sacrificed on the clients end in return for higher profitability for the agency or insurance company. A majority of companies have tunnel vision and only focus on a few different products, neglecting other important aspects of someone financial picture. Most of the time in an effort to keep things simple and easy enough to recruit anyone as an agent. In turn, producing quantity, not quality. However, it’s preferred if you have a 2-15 Florida Insurance License. We are looking to hire a Medicare and Health Insurance Advisor as soon as possible. This position entails a mix of hourly pay and commission. This person will be given leads to work and be expected to generate their own business. This person will be building their own book of business on anything they personally generate.
