Position Overview We’re hiring licensed insurance agents fluent in Spanish and English for roles in either : Property & Casualty (P&C) or Health Insurance (Medicare & ACA) You will work in a hybrid setting-handling inbound and outbound client calls, providing guidance, quotes, and support to individuals and families seeking reliable coverage. Property & Casualty:

Educate clients on auto, renters, and homeowners insurance Assist with policy quotes, changes, billing inquiries, and claims Ensure compliance with carrier and agency guidelines If you’re applying for

Health Insurance:

Guide clients through ACA and Medicare (Advantage, Supplements, Part D) Assist with eligibility checks, subsidies, plan selection, and enrollment Stay compliant with CMS and health carrier regulations

For Both Roles:

Manage inbound and outbound client communications Provide personalized, professional, and ethical service Use CRMs and quoting tools efficiently Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service standards Requirements If you’re applying for

• Required 220 or 440 License
