We’re a small but growing agency looking for two driven, must be bilingual (Spanish/English) sales agents who are go-getters eager to learn services like tax preparation, real estate, and insurance. Must have or working on obtaining your Florida insurance (4-40) license! This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to join our family-like team. As one of our select sales agents, you’ll work closely with the agency owners and handle tasks like:

• Managing inbound calls: Quoting, taking payments, updating policies, etc.
• Prospecting for leads: Cold/warm calls, searching social media, and getting creative in finding leads.

Growth:

Based on your initiative, you can take on more responsibilities, from marketing and event planning to building partnerships.

Commission:

We offer commission to sales agents and referrals to none licensed sales associates. We provide all the tools you need to succeed, including software training, a dedicated computer, headset, and phone with a dedicated line.
