Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on insurance options, policies, and coverage tailored to their needs Explain features, benefits, and exclusions of various policies in clear, accessible language Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction Work collaboratively with internal Cox Automotive teams to identify cross-selling opportunities Manage policy documentation, renewals, claims support, and service requests Stay up to date on state regulations and industry trends Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, service, or advisory roles Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Comfortable using CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce or similar systems) Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
