Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base. Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy options, coverage details, and claims processes. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products in the community. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or related fields. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. Ability to market insurance products creatively and effectively. Experience in telemarketing is a plus for generating leads. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive client information. Experience in outside sales is advantageous for expanding market reach.
