Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines. Assist clients in completing insurance applications and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to better serve clients. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. Requirements Strong sales skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele

• Great Leads for Haitian Creole and Spanish Speakers Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Proficient in sales administration tasks, including documentation and record keeping. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining company standards.
