In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating their Medicare options, ensuring they understand their benefits and making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build a client base. Analyze client needs and negotiate suitable coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process. Assist clients with benefits administration and claims inquiries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and changes in the industry. Effectively communicate complex information in an understandable manner. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Experience Previous experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred. Background in outside sales with a proven track record of meeting targets is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve diverse clientele. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate discussions regarding coverage options.
