Your primary responsibility will be to educate and guide clients through the various Medicare plans available, ensuring they make informed decisions that best meet their healthcare needs. Duties Educate clients about Medicare options and benefits, ensuring they understand their choices. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about the latest Medicare plans and trends. Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance plans to meet client needs. Assist clients with the application process for Medicare plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with sales administration teams to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of client interactions. Skills Strong background in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
