• Fast paced and expanding insurance agency is looking to fill several positions for outgoing, ambitious, and aggressive full time Professional Insurance Agents.

Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with quoting auto and property and must have an excellent phone voice with excellent communication and written skills with a positive attitude. We offer a base salary plus bonuses and benefits.

Duties may typically include:

• Making calls to prospects who requested quotes via internet
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes and following them up until sale is made
• Logging customer interactions for follow-ups
• Upselling existing customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Relationship building
• Interpersonal skills
• Computer literate(MS Office)
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must have ability to multi-task
• Prior 440 or 220 license a plus
