Remote Life Insurance Sales Agent

Fully Remote, equipment provided • Training hours = M-F, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST-virtual •
Contact Center Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday 7:45am to 7pm EST • Schedules are determined with Work Force Management Department during first few weeks in training.
Salary:
$42,000 – $53,0000 annually
Basic Responsibilities:
Lead Generation, Inbound calls from Third party transfers, TV Commercial Leads, Existing Customers (billing issues, changes to current policies, increased coverage request), Direct Mail Offers, Internet Shoppers
Monthly Bonus opportunity based on service and sales metrics set for the agents. Agents are eligible for bonus once they are productive on the phones.
Average call volume per day=30-40 calls / Average call handle time= 9-15 mins
