This position involves assessing client requirements, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of insurance products, and the ability to market services effectively. Duties Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate policy terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex insurance concepts. Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads and expand the client base. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information. Assist in benefits administration by providing clients with detailed information about their policy benefits. Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products within the community. Support sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Skills Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests. Proven sales experience, particularly in the insurance or related fields. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques to effectively reach potential clients. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required to ensure compliance in handling sensitive information.
