Base pay + Monthly bonus potential We’re hiring licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents to handle inbound service and sales calls from existing customers. Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily (billing, policy updates, claims, sales, etc.) Meet service and sales metrics to qualify for monthly bonuses Participate in required virtual training (M-F, 8:30AM-5PM EST)
Requirements:
Active Life & Health license in your resident state (NPN required) Ability to become licensed in all 50 states (assistance provided) Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience Hardwired high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi or cellular connections) Must cover any licensing late fees or recertifications personally
