Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of life insurance, annuity, etc. policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and changes
- Conduct needs-based analysis to determine appropriate coverage options for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Proficient in outside sales techniques, including cold calling and prospecting
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, including benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
