Essential Responsibilities and duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: ApplicationQuote Processing Review and complete applications to ensure accuracy prior to underwriting submission. Communicate with prospective and renewing clients to gather and finalize application information. Conduct enrollment meetings with group and individual clients, presenting solutions with professionalism and clarity. Client SuccessRetention Manage and follow up on client inquiries and needs using a systematic, organized approach. Collaborate closely with the internal Support Team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience. Deliver excellent client service that supports long-term retention. Renewals Maintain strong client relationships to achieve high renewal rates. Develop and execute renewal strategies, ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the process. Partner with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze renewal data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Track and document all renewal activity. ProspectingBusiness Development Build referral and partner relationships (e.g., with Allstate or other designated businesses). Cultivate new referral sources by offering value-added Medicare expertise. Actively generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and convert prospects to clients. Promote the company’s value and processes to potential clients and partners. Prepare accurate quotes for prospective clients. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. High level of integrity and professionalism. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM and quoting tools. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Education/Experience Active health insurance license required. Medicare-focused training and continuing education required annually. Previous experience in Medicare sales, health insurance, or benefits advisory roles a plus, but not required. Work Environment and Physical Demands This position is based on-site, five days per week at our Florida office to support collaboration and team engagement. Occasional flexibility to work from home may be available, based on business needs and with management approval.
