Full Job Description Summary:

RosenSure is seeking a driven and personable Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer to grow our client base and support existing accounts through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building. This role involves generating new business, networking within the community, and providing insurance solutions tailored to client needs. A 2-15 license is preferred, along with prior sales experience. This position offers a base salary plus commission compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

Sell insurance products to both prospective and existing clients. Develop new business opportunities and maintain a current book of business. Make outbound calls to set appointments and introduce agency services. Attend networking events and participate in community organizations to build connections. Collect information needed to obtain insurance quotes for prospective clients. Enter client data into agency systems accurately and efficiently. Review insurance quotes for accuracy and alignment with client needs. Present new and renewal insurance proposals to clients. Collect required documentation to bind insurance coverage. Maintain regular communication and relationships with clients. Stay informed on industry trends and provide ongoing consultation to clients. Complete required continuing education courses. Travel to and from client appointments as needed. Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred. Outbound sales call experience is a plus. Insurance sales experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset. Comfortable attending events and representing the agency publicly. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent required. Active 2-15 license (Life, Health, and Variable Annuity) preferred. Willingness to obtain required licensure if not already held. Completion of continuing education courses as required by state regulations.
