Responsibilities:
- Sell and service insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the best insurance products for clients.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and provide recommendations on insurance policies that best fit their needs.

- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and increase revenue.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in insurance sales or benefits administration.

- Fluency in Spanish or bilingualism is a plus.
