Our offering includes the highest Core at 35% with a weekly draw of $600 for the initial month, plus realistic and achievable bonuses on a daily and weekly basis. This role can lead to earnings of up to $4,000 per week, and we are dedicated to demonstrating this potential to you in person. We are looking to hire ten of the best Limited Med closers, offering compensation that surpasses any competitor in South Florida.

- Throughout our experience in the industry, we have observed that many licensed agents may not fully realize the substantial opportunities that Medicare Supplement sales present.
This product is truly a standout in the insurance landscape, characterized by year-round high commissions, warm inbound calls and transfers, low cancellation rates, and reduced time spent on unproductive calls. In contrast to Affordable Care Act (ACA) products, Medicare Supplements generally remain stable, which simplifies the sales process. We are eager to support newcomers by offering training specifically designed to align with our methods. This training equips agents with the essential knowledge, skills, and guidance needed to thrive. Confidently selling Medicare Supplement plans can lead to significant rewards, particularly during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Last year, each of our 30 agents earned more than $9,000 weekly during this crucial time—a remarkable achievement when compared to typical call center operations in South Florida. In terms of compensation, we offer two structures that prioritize agents, delivering exceptional value both in the short term and in the long term: 1.

- A guaranteed weekly salary of $600 for a 40-hour work week.
