Entry-level agents are supported through extensive training, high-quality inbound leads, and a collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities Provide consultative sales support, guiding clients through a range of health plan options. Accurately calculate premiums, deductibles, and deliver personalized insurance quotes. Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed individual and group sales goals. Deliver excellent customer service to support client satisfaction and retention. Requirements

FFM 2025

Certification required. Active 2-15 or 2-40 license (licensed in 10+ states preferred). 6+ months of experience in health insurance sales or a similar sales-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Reliable transportation for consistent on-site work attendance.

Compensation & Benefits Commission Structure:

Base Pay:

$100 per day (only if CPA is under $70)

Commission:

$10-$25 per deal Estimated earnings between $1,000 and $2,500 per week
