Candidate Profile:
Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

2-5 years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the title or real estate industry.

Qualifications:

High-energy sales professional with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.
Familiarity with title insurance, real estate, or similar fields is highly preferred.
Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.
Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually.
Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage a designated territory by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from a variety of sources.
Execute a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and both virtual and in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
Build and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives effectively.
Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and boost brand awareness.
Work closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that support the overall sales objectives.
