Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, including HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- He/she must have the 4-40 license or the 2-20 license.
- Preferred that you have previous experience in insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
