Training Health Insurance Responsibilities Client Interaction:

Connect with customers and policyholders, providing personal, friendly, and professional insurance advice and guidance.

Sales Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, offering solutions that promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Policy Management:

Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance policies, making alterations, and understanding the nuances of their coverage.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure comprehensive service.

Continuous Education:

Stay current with changes in insurance products and policies to provide knowledgeable advice and meet the industry’s evolving standards.

Requirements Qualifications:

Must hold a current Florida Property & Casualty insurance license and Bilingual.

Experience:

Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
